Gear Display 3

Description

Our new innovative hand built in the USA STANDALONE gear display is a small 1.25″ square dash mountable display, uses a 5×7 led dot matrix type display available in 2 colors. Custom LED colors are available by request for a small fee. This display is designed to be used as a standalone gear display with no additional hardware, compatible with transmissions using 2 shift solenoids. Display includes an analog output to indicate present gear to your ECU or datalogger. Display includes a 40″ wiring harness and can be purchased without an enclosure, with a 1.25″ square enclosure, or 2″ gauge size enclosure.

This is NOT the SMART display and will not directly plug into the SMART series shift boxes. It is compatible with ANY method of controlling the transmission, not limited to use of our shift boxes.

The Gear Display 3 includes the following features:

• Stylish square enclosure OR 2″ round gauge enclosure OR no enclosure, may be flush mounted in your dash
• Red or blue LED dot matrix display
• Powered by a powerful high quality PIC® Microcontroller
• Standalone functionality requiring only power, ground, and signals from 2 shift solenoids
• Compatible with many electronic automatic transmissions utilizing 2 shift solenoids
• 40″ flying lead wiring harness requires splicing into transmission wiring
• Analog Output 0-5VDC to indicate current gear to ECU, datalogger, etc…
  Outputs: 1.0V=1st gear, 2.0V=2nd gear, 3.0V=3rd gear, 4.0V=4th gear
• Limited 1 year warranty
